  Was the '2025 delegates needed' number reduced because of Michigan and Florida, or was that the number of delegates needed to win the nomination with the assumption those states' delegates were going to count?  

  Because if it's the latter and those states' delegates are supposed to be seated, why wasn't the "magic number" reduced?

  That's like having a best-of-seven series and only playing 5 games.

While the NIE has reduced tensions the NIE did not provide definitive conclusions on the state of any covert nuclear program or nuclear potential. I have explored what the US can do to prevent Iran from getting the bomb if they choose to try. This might also have implications for other states that try for the bomb.
